As a De Pere native, I love utilizing the local spots for shoots. Rebecca and Kyle’s De Pere Parks Engagement Session was exactly what my soul needed last spring. We started our session at Ledgeview Park to take advantage of the wooden bridges and shaded walkways. Then we headed over to Voyageur Park to catch the sunset on the pier overlooking the Fox River.
One of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer is learning about my couple’s love story. In our first meeting, I always ask how you met and and how he proposed. There is nothing sweeter than hearing your story first hand. Kyle and Rebecca met at Marion college 4 years before Kyle popped the question. He took Rebecca ice skating, and when she went to put on her skates, she found the ring inside! The smile on Rebecca’s face when she told the story was glowing.
After 5 years together, these two will be tying the knot at Pamperin Park next month! I am so excited to celebrate with them and am keeping my fingers crossed for another beautiful sunset like we had at their engagement session. Keep your eye out for their wedding photos later this spring!!
